ارائه مدل مدیریت انرژی در واحدهای صنایع غذایی (مورد مطالعه: استان آذربایجان شرقی)

چکیده

مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل مدیریت انرژی در واحدهای صنایع غذایی استان آذربایجان شرقی انجام گرفت. این مطالعه از منظر هدف یک پژوهش کاربردی-توسعه‌ای است و از منظر روش و بازه زمانی گردآوری داده‌ها، یک پژوهش غیرآزمایشی (توصیفی) است که با روش پیمایشی-مقطعی صورت پذیرفت. جامعه مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش شامل خبرگان نظری (اساتید دانشگاهی) و خبرگان تجربی (مدیران انجمن صنایع غذایی استان آذربایجان شرقی ) است. نمونه‌گیری با روش هدفمند انجام شد و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. در نهایت 20 نفر از خبرگان در این مطالعه مشارکت کردند. جامعه آماری بخش کمی نیز شامل مدیران و کارشناسان واحدهای صنایع غذایی استان آذربایجان شرقی به تعداد 370 نفر است. برای گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون (تِم) و نرم‌افزار Maxqda استفاده شد. در بخش کمی نیز از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و نرم‌افزار AMOS استفاده گردید. یافته‌های پژوهشی نشان داد که نقش هر یک از عوامل در مدیریت انرژی به ترتیب شامل اقدامات مالی، فرآیندهای کنترلی، ارتقای ارتباطات و تعاملات سازمانی، ارتقای سطح آموزشی، علمی و تحقیقاتی، ارتقای فرهنگ سازمانی، ارتقای فرآیندهای مدیریتی، تسهیم تجارب برتر، تقویت فرآیندهای عملیاتی و فرآیندهای فنی است. همچنین مشخص گردید به استناد هریک از این یافته‌های آماری با اطمینان 95% سازه‌های مدیریت انرژی در واحدهای صنایع غذایی در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارند.

چکیده [English]

The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting an energy management model in food industry units in East Azerbaijan Province. This study is an applied-developmental research in terms of its purpose, and in terms of the method and time frame of data collection, it is a non-experimental (descriptive) research that was conducted with a cross-sectional survey method. The research participant population includes theoretical experts (university professors) and empirical experts (managers of food industry units). Sampling was carried out with a purposive method and continued until theoretical saturation was reached. Finally, 20 experts participated in this study. The statistical population of the quantitative section also includes managers and experts of food industry units in East Azerbaijan Province, totaling 370 people. Semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect research data. The qualitative part used the theme analysis method and Maxqda software to analyze data. In the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis method and AMOS software were used. Research findings showed that the role of each factor in energy management includes financial measures, control processes, promotion of organizational communications and interactions, promotion of educational, scientific and research levels, promotion of organizational culture, promotion of management processes, sharing of best practices, strengthening of operational processes and technical processes. It was also determined that based on each of these statistical findings, with 95% confidence, energy management structures in food industry units are in a favorable condition.
